INTENSIVE DESIRES / YOUR TRUST MATTERS

Your details.
Your decision.

Last revised October 11, 2026

This notice describes the prelaunch marketing sign-up on intensivedesires.com, operated by Kurtz Global Entertainment Inc. It does not describe future app storage or a product that has already launched.

What you provide

When you choose to join our news list, we collect your name and email address, the date and time you consented, the version of the consent language shown to you, your sign-up page, and whether you are subscribed. You do not need to create an account or provide journal content.

How we use it

We use these details to manage your subscription and to send occasional Intensive Desires product information and launch-related marketing, only with your affirmative permission. We do not use your sign-up to create a public profile or to sell your submitted contact details.

Where it is stored

Our intended hosting setup stores the registration record in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible only through a server-side Cloudflare Pages Function. Cloudflare processes the data as our infrastructure provider. The site uses temporary security controls to reduce automated submissions, including a limited-use pseudonymous rate-limit value derived from the connecting IP address. Raw IP addresses are not retained in our marketing database for this purpose. Like most hosting services, Cloudflare may handle technical request data according to its own service terms and policies.

Your choices

You can decline marketing consent and still explore the public website. Future marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe, your record will be suppressed from further marketing. You may also request deletion or access to your subscription data using the company's published support or privacy contact channel when available.

Retention and safeguards

Subscriber contact details are held while you remain signed up, subject to appropriate business, security, and legal retention needs. Reasonable access controls and server-side validation protect the sign-up process; no website can promise absolute security. Do not submit confidential information or private journal entries in this form.

Changes

If the purpose of the mailing list materially changes, we will update this notice and obtain new consent when needed. An app-specific privacy notice will be provided if and when the future product launches.
